Armando does great work at a fair price, is trustworthy and shows up when he says he will. Also he can do just about any kind of work. We moved here 4 years ago and the house we bought needed a lot of work. We used many different contractors. Most were overpriced and not dependable and some scammed us. We decided to go with Royalty Paint and Home Improvements and I could not be happier with the job they have done and continue to do. We ended up using them for other home projects as well (dry wall repair, to remove paneling, replacing some door frames and patch work) and they have done an amazing job. I believe when they are done we will have new floors in 3 rooms and 8 rooms will have been repaired and painted as well as the ceilings. Prices are incredibly reasonable and the employees are so kind and respectful. I couldn’t have asked for anything better and highly recommend them. Armando has gone above and beyond for us (including going to Home Depot a couple of times to find us the exact color of paint we were looking for lol).
